1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Accessories, and then click Dial-Up Networking.
2. If this is the first time you have used Dial-Up Networking, the Welcome To Dial-Up Networking Wizard appears. If the wizard does not appear, double-click Make New Connection and follow the instructions for creating a Dial-Up Networking connection.

If you want to manually log on to your PPP account after you have connected, rather than running a dial-up script, you must enable support for this.
To enable support for a manual log on, follow these steps:
1. Using the right mouse button, click the newly created icon in the Dial-Up Networking folder, and then click Properties.
2. On the General tab, click Configure.
